SplitMe is a completely free service. We do not charge any subscription fees, platform fees, or hidden costs. Therefore, there are no software subscriptions to cancel and no service fees to refund.
All financial transactions initiated through SplitMe's UPI links are strictly peer-to-peer (between you and your friends). SplitMe never touches, holds, or processes this money.
If you accidentally pay the wrong person or pay an incorrect amount, SplitMe cannot reverse or refund the transaction. You must contact the recipient directly to arrange a refund or reach out to your bank's UPI dispute resolution center.
